• If the customer is more than an hour late for the appointment, the reservation is considered canceled.
• The customer must bring a valid driver's license.
• The customer must bring original proof of identity, either the national ID card or passport.
• The customer must bring their car's maintenance booklet or previous maintenance invoices to ensure their right to warranty or free maintenance work.
• The announced maintenance prices are approximate and not final; please check the maintenance prices with the service provider at the maintenance center.
