Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide technical support and guidance to employees across all departments.
- Monitor IT systems, networks, and applications to ensure performance and security.
- Conduct system and network maintenance activities.
- Install, configure, and manage operating systems (Windows, Linux) and related applications.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement upgrades and ensure system alignment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking.
- Proficiency with IT tools such as Active Directory, VMware, and Office 365.
- Hands-on experience in helpdesk and end-user support.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
