Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to employees across all departments.
  • Monitor IT systems, networks, and applications to ensure performance and security.
  • Conduct system and network maintenance activities.
  • Install, configure, and manage operating systems (Windows, Linux) and related applications.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement upgrades and ensure system alignment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and processes.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking.
  • Proficiency with IT tools such as Active Directory, VMware, and Office 365.
  • Hands-on experience in helpdesk and end-user support.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
